Annual Activity Reporting

AAR System Access The CALS Annual Activity Reporting System (AAR) for faculty and identified EHRA non-faculty employees. This system is used to (1) collect activities and accomplishments data for faculty annual performance reviews and the RPT process, (2) collect data for required state and federal reporting, and (3) collect data to assist college and university administration in decision making. Accurate, high-quality data is essential to maintain or expand funding for our Academic, Research, and Extension programs. It also plays a role in the allocation of resources.

AAR User Guide Step by step instructions on using the AAR system.

SFR Online The Statement of Faculty Responsibilities (SFR) is a statement of the approximate percent effort expected of the individual faculty member in each realm of responsibility and general description of the activities to be undertaken in each realm. This is a component of the AAR but is completed in the SFR Online system.

RADAR Research Administration Data And Reporting (RADAR) RPT reports provides a summary of your sponsored program activity since a date which you select.

Instructors can create RPT ClassEval reports for their performance evaluation or dossier. Department Heads can also view and download ClassEval Reports for department faculty.

CALS International Programs Profile Builder Enter your International Programs / Research Project activities in the profile builder. The entries will be added to the AAR and the CALS International Programs Directory.

ORCID  ORCID provides a persistent digital identifier (an ORCID iD) that you own and control, and that distinguishes you from every other researcher. Set up your ORCID to facilitate quicker, more accurate citation updates from the NC State library to your AAR.

Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure Information and resources from the Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost. The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Reappointment, Promotion and Tenure Standards and Procedures is also available for review.
