Evaluating One-Time Long Training

Since these training programs are relatively long, there is adequate time for pre-and post-tests. Pre-test will be conducted before the training and the post-test will be conducted after the training.

Advantages of Pre- and Post-Tests:
Can be used with young and low literate audiences to evaluate their change in knowledge.

Disadvantages of Pre- and Post-Tests:
If you want to compare pre- and post-tests to assess the change, you must match pre- and post-tests for each participant. Sometimes, this may be challenging.
