ERS The Extension Reporting System (ERS) is a web-based activity reporting system used to collect and report information about the accomplishments of Extension educators and the clients they serve. The data entered in ERS is used to meet Extension’s state and federal reporting requirements as well as to develop materials to share with our stakeholders to demonstrate Extension’s impact.
XPM The XPM (EXtension Performance Management) System is a tool to set strategies for achieving individual employee performance goals and to evaluate and provide feedback on job performance. XPM is used for Extension Agents and County Extension Directors.
Title Promotion The Title Promotion Application is designed facilitate the submission and review of title promotion packages for county based Extension employees.
